Employer is seeking an experienced Automotive Retail Sales Representative to join our team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing excellent customer service to our clients and who can sell our retail product line within the existing dealer base. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Plan, maintain, and manage a specific area of responsibility.
  • Visit and consult with 2 or more Dealership Clients daily to bring value and support on Epsilon product portfolio.
  • Actively consult with Owners, General Managers, and other key Dealership management on all program participation.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales goals by selling Epsilon Retail Campaigns to Clients in assigned market area that will help Dealerships target customers.
  • Communicate the value of omni-channel executions with focus on digital channels.
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of Automotive Retail Marketing Experience and demonstration of success required.
  • 2+ years of Customer Service Experience and demonstration of success required.
  • Dealership after-sales/service department experience or selling vehicle maintenance programs required.
  • Solid understanding of digital channels, campaign reporting, and data-driven marketing.
