Role Overview

This role is 100% remote. Candidates must reside in California, Colorado, or Kansas for payroll tax purposes.

Position Title

Wine Advisor Team Agent

Your Role

Wine Advisors engage in outbound calls to current customers, building relationships and customizing wine cases. Success depends on meeting sales KPIs, delivering exceptional customer service, expanding wine knowledge, and contributing to team goals.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Conduct outbound sales via phone and text campaigns.
  2. Work independently and collaboratively to meet sales and service targets daily.
  3. Develop product knowledge to inform and assist customers effectively.
  4. Ensure timely delivery of shipments and high customer satisfaction.
  5. Support the service team during busy periods.
  6. Perform other tasks and projects as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of relevant sales experience (wine knowledge a plus).
  • Ability to connect to the internet (no allowance provided).
  • Reside in CA, CO, or KS for payroll purposes.
  • Eligible to work in the US independently; employer-sponsored visas not available.
Compensation & Benefits
  • $21.63/hour plus commission.
  • Health, Dental, Vision insurance (90% employee coverage, 60% dependents), effective Day 1.
