Job description

  • This role is 100% remote. Candidates must live in either California, Colorado or Kansas to be considered for payroll tax purposes

Your purpose :

Wine Advisors work on various outbound phone campaigns contacting current customers (called Angels) to make personal connections and help build tailored wine cases. To be successful in this role, the Wine Advisor must be self motivated to meet core KPIsincluding daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. They must also be eager to deliver and execute 5-star quality customer service by expanding on their wine knowledge and contributing to excellence in service.

To nail your job you will :

  • Perform outbound sales through phone and text-based campaigns
  • Work independently and within a team towards meeting specific sales, contact, and service targets with an expectation to meet or exceed these goals daily
  • Gain knowledge of products, promotions, and winemakers in order to provide the most relevant and pertinent information to customers
  • Provide the highest levels of service to provide solutions to customers in order to ensure that shipments are received in a timely and expected manner
  • Provide support to the service team during high-volume periods
  • Other tasks, duties, or special projects as assigned

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of relevant sales experience preferred
  • A combination of education and experience will be considered
  • Must have the ability to connect to the internet- We do not have an allowance for this
  • Must live in the state of Colorado, California or Kansas for payroll tax purposes
  • Must be eligible on your own to work in the US to qualify. An employer-sponsored work visa is not currently available for this role
  • 21.63 / hour + Commission
  • Health, Dental, Vision Insurance - 90% employee coverage, 60% dependent coverage. Eligible Day 1
  • Holiday allowance - 34 days of paid time off, including 20 days of accrued paid time off (PTO) and 12 paid company holidays. Paid time off also includes your Birthday, plus one additional day for Volunteer Efforts
