Job summary

Bally's is seeking a dealer to join our table games team. You will handle dealing operations, monitor funds and equipment, and ensure accurate payout of winning bets in a fast-paced casino environment on site in Missouri.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong math skills, eye-hand coordination, and fluency in English. You must be able to work varying shifts, including nights and weekends, with a commitment to regulatory standards and guest service excellence.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write and understand instructions in English.
• Must have sufficient math skills to accurately add monies and chips and pay out bets.
• Must be able to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
• Knowledge of Missouri Gaming Commission regulations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deal the game and monitor the monies of the table at all times.
• Maintain game protection procedures over casino gaming cheques, cards, and equipment.
• Use all table game equipment correctly.
• Monitor guest play for cheating or irregularities.
• Pay winning bets accurately and promptly.
• Attend additional dealer training as requested by management.

Responsibilities

• Deal the game and monitor the monies of the table at all times.
• Maintain game protection procedures over casino gaming cheques, playing cards, and equipment at all times.

• Monitor guest play for cheating scams and suspicious variations in play.
• Accurately and promptly pay winning guest bets.
• Attend additional dealer training upon management request.
