Job summary

VersaCourt is seeking a Dealer Support Specialist to support a dealer network and intercompany customers, delivering exceptional service and consultative selling. You will handle calls and emails, provide product information, and assist with quotations while coordinating with multiple departments.

The role reports to the Business Director and requires strong communication, organizational skills, and a proactive problem-solving approach. Based in Dalton, GA with standard office duties.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Time management with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Minimum of 1 year experience with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Provide best in class customer service
• Champion the RG/VersaCourt brands
• Field incoming telephone calls in a timely manner to assist VersaCourt dealers’/Intercompany needs
• Assist with the assignment of web leads in a timely manner to the appropriate person(s) and follow up within a designated timeframe to ensure the customer has been contacted and pleased with our representation
• Provide personal sales forecasts as requested by management
• Assist dealers with quotations and product information as requested
• Work to solve problems and/or complaints that could arise
• Provide counseling related to new products, changes, and any pertinent corporate communications that might be applicable to our dealers
• Own your position – make suggestions and recommendations that will make us better as a company
• Possess strong teamwork skills and ability to work across multiple departments
