Job summary

Richardson Sports Inc. is seeking a Customer Support MVP to be the trusted contact for our authorized dealers and distributors across multiple sales divisions. You’ll deliver championship-level service, resolve issues, and help accounts find the right solutions.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to connect with customers and teammates.
• At least one year in a customer service-related role.
• Proven experience maintaining strong client relationships as an Account Manager or similar.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with accounts by providing exceptional service.
• Process stock and custom purchase orders from dealers and distributors across three sales divisions.
• Communicate product information, inventory availability, and delivery timelines to accounts.
• Develop a comprehensive knowledge of Richardson’s product lineup and services.
• Collaborate with outside sales reps and sales managers to ensure accounts receive great service.
• Assist customers in resolving issues while maintaining a positive relationship.
