Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Dealer Success Manager to support auto dealer partners in Palm Beach, Boca Raton and Pompano Beach, FL. You will serve as a strategic consultant, drive Navigator Platform adoption, and own ROI conversations to maximize dealer value.

The role requires strong relationship management, process know-how and the ability to train and enable partners in a dynamic environment. Travel up to 50% within the metro area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent is required.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required; related experience accepted.

Responsibilities

• Strategic POD Partnership: develop and execute cohesive market strategies with ASM and POD members.
• Sales Enablement and Retention Cycle Ownership: drive customer adoption and retention of Navigator Platform.
• Provide SME on processes and Navigator Platform during sales cycles and post-sale support.
• Troubleshoot product and process issues related to Navigator Platform.
• Frequent in-market visits to dealerships to build relationships and enable customers.
