Job summary

Jobtailor seeks an experienced leader to define and operationalize the dealer technology framework across sales, service, rental, parts, and tech alignment. You will partner with sales development to assess readiness, close gaps, and build execution roadmaps.

You will drive adoption of technology expectations and accountable execution through governance and guidance. You will engage executives with concise, decision-ready insights.

Qualifications

• Experience in dealer operations, distribution strategy, commercial strategy, or technology-enabled transformation.
• Track record supporting technology enablement, capability-building, or go-to-market initiatives across multiple markets or business units.
• Experience engaging executive leadership and preparing strategy recommendations, reviews, or decision-ready materials.
• Demonstrated success building, improving, or scaling frameworks that drive adoption, accountability, and consistent execution.

Responsibilities

• Define and operationalize the dealer technology “winning recipe,” including framework, structure, roles, governance, and capability expectations.
• Partner with Dealer Sales Development to assess readiness, identify gaps, and build execution roadmaps.
• Drive adoption of CI Technology Expectations through dealer standards, accountability models, and execution guidance.
• Align dealer strategy across sales, service, rental, parts, and technology.
• Support executive dealer engagement with messaging, strategy reviews, and decision-ready recommendations.
