Hireology is seeking a detail-oriented Rental Associate and Customer Representative in Chantilly, VA. The role involves greeting customers and vehicles in the Service Lane, scheduling service appointments, and assisting with repair orders, PDIs, and loaner fleet management.

We have a Rental Associate and Customer Representative position available! The available shift is Monday through Friday -7:00am-3:00pm

What You’ll Do:

• Greet and assist all incoming customers and vehicles in the Service Lane
• Schedule service appointments efficiently
• Help write repair orders, with a focus on New Car Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDIs)
• Manage the loaner fleet –Make sure that loaners are clean, prepped, and generate loaner vehicle agreements for customers
• Handle after sale, due in deal items for customers
• Deliver outstanding customer service all day

What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent verbal communication skills – you must love talking to customers all day
• Professional, friendly, and positive attitude
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a busy service lane
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Previous dealership or customer service experience is a plus, but not required – we will train the right person!
