Job summary

Ourisman Auto Group in Chantilly, VA is seeking a Rental Associate and Customer Representative to greet customers, schedule service, and manage loaner vehicles in a busy service lane.

You will handle PDIs, assist with repairs orders, and ensure excellent customer service throughout the shift (Mon–Fri 7:00am–3:00pm). Training is provided for the right candidate with a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills – you must love talking to customers all day.
• Professional, friendly, and positive attitude.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a busy service lane.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Previous dealership or customer service experience is a plus, but not required – we will train the right person!
