Mobility Global seeks a Dealer Relations Manager to build and maintain high-level relationships across the dealer network. You will drive adoption of the company product, plan launches, and deliver ongoing training to meet partner needs.

You will travel within the region and nationally as required, while ensuring timely communication of product changes and best practices to dealerships and the regional team.

Qualifications

• This role requires 3-5 years in sales, marketing or customer service in luxury automotive retail.
• Strong CRM experience and ability to build high-level dealership relationships.
• Excellent written and oral communication with professional presentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day dealer relationships and adoption of the product.
• Execute launch planning, product implementation and training across dealerships.
• Serve as first contact for dealership issues and escalation follow-up.
• Share best practices and communicate product changes to accounts in a timely manner.
• Cover a defined geographic area as part of the regional team and travel as needed.
