Job summary
Mobility Global is seeking a Dealer Relations Manager in Detroit, MI. You will build strong relationships with dealer partners, drive product adoption, and coach teams to deliver exceptional service. The role requires 3–5 years in luxury automotive sales/marketing, CRM fluency, and willingness to travel up to 25% regionally and nationally.

Qualifications
- Requires Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing or related field.
- 3–5 years in sales, marketing or customer service in luxury automotive retail.
- Significant experience with CRM tools and technology.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day dealer relationships and promote product adoption.
- Lead launch planning, product implementation and dealer training.
- Serve as primary contact for dealer issues and escalation.
- Share best-practice knowledge to client organizations and regional teams.
- Ensure timely communication of product changes, features, and releases.
- Cover a defined geographic area as part of a regional team.
- Aim to retain 20+ accounts.
