Job summary

Mobility Global is seeking a Dealer Relations Manager in South Florida to cultivate high-level partnerships with automotive dealers. You will lead onboarding, coaching, and ongoing training to maximize adoption of the company's platform and deliver superior service across accounts.

With 3–5 years in luxury automotive sales or marketing, you will manage launches, coordinate with regional teams, and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing or related field.
• 3-5 years in sales, marketing or customer service in luxury automotive retail.
• Experience with CRM tools.
• Willingness to travel 25% within the region.

Responsibilities

• Build strong dealer relationships and understand dealer goals, markets, and trends.
• Plan launches, manage product implementation, and train dealers.
• Serve as the first contact for dealer issues and escalate when needed.
• Communicate product changes and releases to accounts in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with regional team and report to the Director of Dealer Relations.
• Retain 20+ dealer accounts.
