Job summary

Mobility Global in South Florida is seeking a Dealer Relations Manager to nurture dealer partnerships, drive adoption of our software platform, and deliver coaching and training to dealership staff. You will manage 20+ accounts, coordinate product launches, and collaborate with regional teams to share best practices while traveling as needed up to 25% of the time.

The role requires a strategic mindset, excellent communication, and a proven record in elevating customer satisfaction within luxury

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing or related field.
• 3–5 years in sales, marketing or customer service in luxury automotive retail.
• Significant experience with CRM tools.
• Strong written and spoken communication; ability to build relationships.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% regionally and nationally.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day dealer relations and drive adoption of Mobility Global product.
• Execute launch planning and training for dealerships.
• Serve as first contact for dealer issues and coordinate escalations.
• Collaborate with regional team to share best practices and product updates.
• Retain 20+ accounts and meet performance goals.
