Qualifications

• 3–5 years in sales, marketing or customer service in luxury automotive retail.
• Experience with CRM tools and technology.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% regionally and nationally.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day dealer relationships and drive product adoption.
• Lead launch planning, product implementation and training.
• Provide ongoing coaching, training, and consultation to dealers.
• Escalate and resolve dealer issues; communicate product changes.
• Retain 20+ accounts.
