Job summary

American Honda Finance Corporation seeks a Dealer Relations Manager to cover the state of Arizona. You will be the face of AHFC, building strong relationships with Honda and Acura dealers, delivering best-in-class service, and helping dealers leverage AHFC programs.

Reporting to a Regional Sales Manager, you will join a regional sales team and manage your assigned territory, acting as a consultant and trainer to ensure dealers receive AHFC benefits.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in marketing, business, finance or economics preferred
• Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in consumer finance and indirect financing sales
• Familiarity with lease and loan accounting systems
• Knowledge in sales programs, sales training and auto dealer finance operations necessary
• 50% travel with overnight stay is required (NOTE: This person must live in state of AZ)
• Approved driving record is required
• Relocation may be required now and/or in the future
• Must be organized, results oriented and have strong problem solving and decision-making skills

• Promoting the sales of AHFC products, program compliance, and the implementation of AHFC programs, policies, and procedures
• Building loyal relationships with dealers, develop and implementing plans to improve dealership profitability and customer retention
• Ensuring that the AHFC relationship adds value to the dealership while supporting regional goals and objectives
• Serving as a liaison to Honda Motor company in order to identify and provide additional resources and maximize dealer support
• Adhere to appropriate Compliance policies and procedures

American Honda Finance is seeking a Dealer Relations Manager. As a Dealer Relationship Manager for our state of Arizona. He or She will play an important role in ensuring our organization’s profitability and continued success. You will be the face of AHFC as you build strong relationships and partnerships with your dealers and deliver best-in-class service.

Reporting to a Regional Sales Manager, you will join a regional sales team and manage your assigned territories of Honda and Acura dealers. You'll take over an excellent territory that has established dealer relationships and programs in place, and act as a consultant and trainer to the dealers to ensure they are receiving and leveraging all the benefits of the American Honda Finance Corporation (AHFC) products.
