• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws governing automotive finance and insurance.

• Review and approve financing deals for accuracy and completeness.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in practices.
• Understand state regulations regarding finance and the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
• Structure deals per lender and dealership guidelines.
• Verify accuracy of credit applications and submit to lenders.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
• Disclose financial information to customers.
• Evaluate new lender programs.
• Train administrative personnel on assembling funding packages.
• Review funding packages prior to mailing.
• Show and demonstrate vehicles when necessary.
• Design and place advertising for special finance.
• Analyze credit reports and recognize conventional deals.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: (Additional duties as assigned)

• Your primary responsibilities will include handling the delivery of customers through our dealership's finance and insurance (F&I) department, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers in securing financing and insurance options for their vehicle purchases.
• Present and explain financing and insurance options to customers in a clear and transparent manner.
• Build and maintain relationships with lending institutions to secure competitive financing rates.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations governing automotive finance and insurance.
• Work closely with sales personnel to provide finance options that meet customers' needs.

Education and/or Experience

• Previous experience in automotive finance or general sales manager level role.
• Strong understanding of automotive financing and insurance processes and regulations.
• High school diploma is required and a degree in Finance, business, or accounting is preferred .
• Proficiency with finance and insurance software and tools.
• Recommend two years as an F&I Manager or assistant
• AFIP certification

• Computer software: Microsoft Office to include Word, Outlook, and Excel.

Physical and Mental Requirements:
