Job summary

Automotive Elegance in Pittsburgh, PA seeks a Director of Dealer Relations & Client Experience to elevate our Pittsburgh operation. This full-time role offers a base salary of $70,000–$80,000 with a clear path to $85,000–$100,000 in annual cash earnings, plus a $2,500 sign-on and company vehicle.

You’ll lead dealership partnerships, deliver product education, and ensure outstanding retail and client experiences while collaborating with company leadership across New England and Pittsburgh teams.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to build dealer relationships.
• Leadership and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing dealership partners across the Pittsburgh region.
• Regularly visit dealerships and interact with general managers, sales managers, and F&I directors.
• Deliver engaging product presentations and training on XPEL Paint Protection Film.
• Coordinate with sales and order-processing teams to ensure dealership expectations are met.
• Represent Automotive Elegance professionally with retail customers and elevate the customer experience.
