Job summary

Automotive Elegance is seeking a Director of Dealer Relations & Client Experience to strengthen Pittsburgh-area dealership partnerships, lead client engagement, and elevate the retail customer experience. The role offers a base salary of $70,000–$80,000 with performance bonuses and a company vehicle, plus company-paid training.

Primarily Monday–Friday with occasional events, you will work closely with leadership, manage communications, and drive ongoing growth for a respected paint protection

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to present to dealership management and training staff.
• Proven ability to manage multiple relationships and partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong dealership relationships in the Pittsburgh region.
• Deliver product education and training to dealership teams on XPEL PPF and related services.
• Coordinate with headquarters and local teams to ensure clear communication and follow-through.
• Represent Automotive Elegance professionally to retail customers and partners.
