Love Cars? Love People? Know How to Bring Out the Best in Others?

Are you someone who can walk into an automotive dealership, confidently engage a room full of sales professionals, and leave everyone feeling excited about working with you?

Do you take pride in building relationships, solving problems, staying organized, and making the people around you more successful?

If so, Automotive Elegance has an opportunity worth exploring.

We're looking for an exceptional communicator, relationship builder, and natural leader to become a key representative of our Pittsburgh operation.

This isn't a traditional management position or a commission-driven sales job. It's an opportunity to represent one of the most recognized companies in the paint protection film industry, work directly with company leadership, and make a meaningful impact on an established business.

About Automotive Elegance

Established in 1999. Over 25 Years of Automotive Protection Expertise. One of the Most Decorated Paint Protection Film Companies in the Country.

Automotive Elegance is a family-owned automotive protection company specializing in XPEL Paint Protection Film (PPF), ceramic coatings, and automotive window tint.

Since 2017, we've earned XPEL's U.S. Dealer of the Year recognition every year, establishing Automotive Elegance as one of the country's most consistently recognized companies in our industry.

Our success has been built on more than awards. It's the result of exceptional craftsmanship, long-standing dealership partnerships, a commitment to our employees, and an unwavering focus on the customer experience.

With established facilities in Andover, Massachusetts; Londonderry, New Hampshire; and Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, along with the continued expansion of our Wraptastic Franchise brand, we're continuing to invest in our people, our facilities, and our future.

Our Pittsburgh operation already has an experienced installation team and established dealership partnerships. We're looking for the right person to strengthen those relationships, elevate our retail customer experience, and help build an exceptional team culture.

Why This Is a Unique Opportunity

Represent an Industry-Leading Brand

You’ll represent a company with more than 25 years of experience, an award-winning reputation, and established relationships throughout the automotive industry.

Work Directly With Company Leadership

You’ll work closely with our CEO, Rick Jeffries, and our General Manager of Sales, Janette, who oversees sales operations from our New England locations.

Your ideas, observations, and contributions will matter. You’ll have the support of an established leadership team while enjoying the independence to make a meaningful difference in Pittsburgh.

An Established Business With Centralized Support

Our dealership order processing and sales coordination are handled through our Massachusetts headquarters.

You won’t be responsible for building a wholesale business from scratch, processing dealership orders, or managing technician schedules.

Your focus will be on ensuring our existing dealership relationships are supported, communication is exceptional, commitments are fulfilled, and our Pittsburgh team has the information needed to deliver outstanding results.

Company-Paid Training in New England

We invest in our people and believe proper training is essential to long-term success.

The selected candidate will participate in company-paid training at our Andover, Massachusetts, and Londonderry, New Hampshire facilities, with approved travel and accommodations covered by Automotive Elegance.

You’ll work alongside our wholesale and retail sales departments, customer experience personnel, and installation professionals to learn our products, systems, dealership relationships, and customer service standards firsthand.

A Company Vehicle and a Performance-Based Career

You’ll receive a company-provided vehicle for dealership visits and business responsibilities, along with a competitive salary and meaningful opportunities to earn performance bonuses.

We want someone who is motivated to grow professionally and financially while helping our dealership partners, customers, and employees succeed.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Dealership Relationships & Product Education

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing dealership partners throughout the Pittsburgh region.
  • Regularly visit dealerships and interact with general managers, sales managers, F&I directors, and dealership personnel.
  • Deliver engaging product presentations and training sessions that help dealership teams confidently communicate the value of XPEL Paint Protection Film.
  • Help dealership personnel understand the benefits of automotive protection products and how to effectively present them to customers.
  • Strengthen dealership engagement, product participation, and long‑term account satisfaction.
  • Address concerns professionally and proactively identify opportunities to improve existing relationships.

Dealership Communication & Order Execution

  • Serve as a trusted local point of contact for dealership partners.
  • Coordinate with our Massachusetts-based sales and order‑processing teams to ensure dealership expectations are communicated accurately.
  • Work closely with Pittsburgh installation personnel to stay informed about vehicle progress, completion expectations, and potential concerns.
  • Proactively communicate updates or changes to the appropriate parties.
  • Take ownership of follow‑through and help ensure dealership commitments are fulfilled.
  • Identify opportunities to improve communication between our headquarters, Pittsburgh operation, and dealership partners.

Retail Customer Experience

  • Represent Automotive Elegance professionally with retail customers throughout the Pittsburgh market.
  • Educate customers on protection options through thoughtful, consultative conversations.
  • Coordinate customer communication, vehicle intake, progress updates, and delivery expectations.
  • Handle customer concerns with professionalism, empathy, and accountability.
  • Help strengthen our retail reputation through outstanding service, positive reviews, referrals, and repeat business.

Team Communication & Positive Culture

  • Build strong, professional relationships with our established PPF installation team.
  • Promote teamwork, positive communication, accountability, and mutual respect.
  • Recognize accomplishments and encourage pride in the quality of our work.
  • Identify challenges and work constructively with company leadership to develop solutions.
  • Serve as a reliable communication link between our Pittsburgh personnel and New England leadership.

Organization & Accountability

  • Maintain accurate records of dealership visits, customer interactions, follow‑ups, and outstanding concerns.
  • Ensure important commitments and customer issues receive timely attention and follow‑through.
  • Provide regular updates to company leadership regarding dealership relationships, customer satisfaction, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with existing scheduling and production personnel without assuming responsibility for those functions.
  • Help create a consistent, professional experience across dealership and retail interactions.
Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone whose communication skills, personality, organization, and professionalism set them apart.

Our Ideal Candidate
  • Is an exceptional communicator, both verbally and in writing.
  • Is confident speaking in front of groups and presenting to dealership management teams.
  • Has a natural ability to build trust and establish long‑term professional relationships.
  • Is highly organized and consistently follows through on commitments.
  • Brings positive energy and knows how to encourage and motivate others.
  • Handles difficult conversations calmly, professionally, and constructively.
  • Takes initiative, demonstrates accountability, and focuses on solutions rather than blame.
  • Is comfortable working independently while remaining closely connected to company leadership.
  • Has a genuine passion for automobiles and premium customer experiences.
  • Takes pride in representing a respected organization and helping others succeed.
Experience We’d Love to See

We Encourage Applications From Professionals With Experience In

  • Automotive dealership sales, finance, or management
  • Automotive F&I products, dealer development, or dealership training
  • Automotive vendor relations or territory account representation
  • Luxury automotive sales or client experience
  • Relationship-based business development
  • Customer experience leadership or premium hospitality

Previous paint protection film experience is helpful but not required. We’ll provide comprehensive product and process training for the right candidate.

A valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record are required for operation of the company vehicle.

Compensation & Benefits

We believe exceptional people deserve exceptional opportunities.

  • Base salary: $70,000–$80,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications
  • Target annual performance bonuses: $15,000
  • Total annual cash earning potential: $85,000–$100,000, including additional incentives for exceptional performance
  • $2,500 sign‑on bonus, paid in two installments: $1,000 after 90 days and $1,500 after 180 days of successful employment, subject to written eligibility terms
  • Company‑provided vehicle for dealership visits and business responsibilities
  • Primarily Monday–Friday schedule, with occasional Saturday dealership presentations or customer events as business needs require
  • Company‑paid training at our Massachusetts and New Hampshire facilities, including approved travel and accommodations
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(k)
  • Paid time off
  • Ongoing professional development and product education
  • Direct access to company leadership
  • Career growth opportunities within an established, expanding organization

Performance bonuses are based on defined, achievable goals involving dealership relationships, customer satisfaction, retail growth, communication, and measurable contributions to our Pittsburgh operation.

The Opportunity to Make a Difference

At Automotive Elegance, we believe the right person can make an extraordinary difference in the success of an entire operation.

We’re looking for someone who can walk into a dealership and earn the confidence of its management team, work alongside our installation professionals and help create a positive environment, and make every retail customer feel valued and respected.

Someone who understands that strong relationships, great communication, and consistent follow‑through are what separate an average company from an exceptional one.

If you’re passionate about automobiles, exceptional at connecting with people, and looking for a career where your personality, professionalism, and performance genuinely matter, we’d love to meet you.
