Job summary

automotiveMastermind, part of Mobility Global, seeks a Dealer Relations Manager in Boston, MA. You will manage day-to-day dealer relationships, deliver coaching and training, and drive adoption of the automotive software platform across the dealership network.

You will collaborate with executive management and regional teams, require 3–5 years in luxury automotive sales, and travel as needed. Base salary will be $100K–$105K with variable incentives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing or a related field.
• 3–5 years in sales, marketing or customer service in a luxury automotive retail environment.
• Significant experience with CRM tools and comfortable with technology.
• Strong communication, relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel within the region and nationally as needed.

Responsibilities

• Build high-level relationships across the dealership network and with dealer partners.
• Implement launch plans, deliver training, and ensure ongoing adoption of the product.
• Serve as first point of contact and resolve issues while communicating product changes.
• Collaborate with executive management and regional teams to drive performance.
• Travel up to 25% regionally and nationally as required.
