Automotive Elegance in Andover, MA is seeking a friendly Client Experience Specialist to deliver premium customer service and support revenue growth. This role trains you to guide clients through our luxury vehicle protection services and coordinate with our service team.

No automotive experience is required—training provided. You will greet customers, explain services, upsell packages, manage CRM records, and help ensure smooth vehicle drop-offs and deliveries in a premium environment.
