Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a professional, luxury environment.
• Educate clients on PPF, ceramic coating, window tint, and detailing services.
• Recommend premium packages, add-ons, and bundled solutions.
• Provide accurate estimates and process invoices.
• Perform vehicle walk-arounds and documentation.
• Maintain detailed CRM records and follow up with cold leads and past clients.
• Coordinate scheduling with the service team for drop-offs and deliveries.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front office.
• Assist with vehicle photos and social media content (a plus).
