Job summary
CNA National Warranty Corp. in Scottsdale, AZ, is seeking a Dealer Performance Analyst to drive insights across F&I, service, and profit-sharing programs.
The role partners with Pricing, Actuarial, Claims, Program, and Reporting teams to translate data into actionable recommendations. You will own performance analytics at the dealer, account, program, and portfolio levels, identifying trends and root causes to strengthen profitability.
Qualifications
- Experience with dealer- and portfolio-level performance analysis.
- Ability to explain analytical conclusions to nontechnical partners.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication.
Responsibilities
- Own dealer-, account-, program-, and portfolio-level performance and profitability analysis.
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities across claims, production, vehicle risk, product mix, pricing, and dealer behavior.
- Break down high-level results into underlying drivers influencing dealer economics.
- Build forward-looking scenarios to evaluate impact of proposed changes.
- Monitor results after implementation and refine recommendations.
- Translate dealer-level behaviors into pricing, underwriting, forecasting, and program strategy.
- Partner with leaders to deliver timely, scalable dealer-ready insights and tools.
