Job summary

Rosenbauer America is seeking a Dealer Development Analyst to provide data-driven insights that influence decisions across the dealer network. You will present findings to senior leadership and the Board to drive performance enhancements and strategic growth.

The role requires advanced analytics, BI tooling experience, and collaboration with Sales, Service, and Operations teams to optimize network coverage and dealer outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Finance, or related field.
3+ years of analytics, BI, or sales operations experience required.
5+ years of analytics, BI, or sales operations preferred.
Experience in manufacturing, dealer networks, or field sales required.
Experience with Power BI/Tableau, SQL-based ERP (Sage 500), and advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

Monitor dealer sales, service, and operations performance across the dealer network.
Identify opportunities from performance assessments and root-cause analyses.
Develop recommendations and collaborate with Regional Sales Managers to improve dealer capabilities.
Assess network coverage and market penetration for growth opportunities.
Prepare executive summaries and data-driven presentations for leadership and the Board.
