Job summary

Rosenbauer America is seeking a Dealer Development Analyst to provide insights and recommendations across the dealer network, presenting findings to senior leadership and the Board of Directors.

The role involves performance monitoring, root-cause analysis, and actionable improvement plans in collaboration with Regional Sales Managers, with a focus on market expansion and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years of analytics, BI, or sales operations experience required; 5+ years preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing, dealer networks, or field sales.
• Proficiency with reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau), databases (SQL based ERP Sage 500), advanced Excel, and programming.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate dealer sales, service, and operational performance across the dealer network.
• Identify high- and underperforming dealers; develop actionable improvement recommendations.
• Analyze market coverage and growth opportunities; support dealer acquisitions and territory changes.
• Prepare executive summaries and data-driven presentations for leadership and Board reviews.
