Job summary
Westlake Financial is seeking a Dealer Account Manager to educate and train dealer partners in the assigned area while acquiring new contacts. You will manage and consult in all sales activities and ensure quality service delivery to auto dealers.
The role involves strong consultative sales, daily travel in the local market, and growth opportunities within a leading auto finance company. A Bachelor's degree and automotive/finance sales experience are preferred.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Automotive, finance and sales experience required.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) required.
- Knowledge of Web Applications required.
- Experience with DealerTrack/RouteOne/CUDL beneficial.
Responsibilities
- Present and sell company products and services to dealership management.
- Prepare action plans and schedules to identify targets and contacts.
- Follow up on new leads and referrals from field activity.
- Identify sales prospects and contact assigned accounts.
- Prepare presentations and proposals for dealership management.
- Assist with sales contracts by educating dealers on verification needs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with current and potential dealer clients.
- Maintain up-to-date sales materials and product knowledge.
- Participate in marketing events such as seminars and trade shows.
