Job summary

RouteOne is seeking an Onboarding Specialist to drive dealer and Integrated Partner engagement, supporting Go-to-Market requirements and activation of services across RouteOne’s platform. This full-time role covers onboarding for multiple Integrated Partners and a national dealership market.

The role collaborates with Sales, Customer Solutions, and Partners to ensure Go-Live dates are met, maintains robust onboarding documentation, and delivers an excellent customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 0-2 years of experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Salesforce and Jira experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Dealer Onboarding Experience by coordinating new dealer onboarding with internal teams and partners.
• Contact automotive dealerships nationwide to configure RouteOne functionality per partner requirements.
• Become an expert on dealership processes and indirect finance through training.
• Identify and report dealer conversion opportunities and maintain contact/activity records.
• Support the Partner Onboarding Experience by aligning partner account strategies with timelines and documenting requirements.
• Develop launch reports, monitor activities, and escalate blockers to relevant teams.
• Handle administrative tasks related to onboarding and issue resolution.
• Develop and maintain exceptional customer satisfaction by serving as the voice of the customer and addressing needs.
