RouteOne seeks an Onboarding Specialist to drive dealer and Integrated Partner engagement nationwide. You will coordinate onboarding, configure RouteOne functionality, and ensure customer satisfaction across a national dealer base.

The role supports multiple Integrated Partners within RouteOne's Sales organization and requires strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities to deliver a seamless onboarding experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute all aspects of new dealer onboarding with internal teams and partners.
• Contact automotive dealerships nationwide to configure RouteOne functionality.
• Maintain records of dealership contacts and activities.
• Develop launch reports and track activities; escalate blockers.
• Support onboarding-related troubleshooting and administrative tasks.
• Be the voice of the customer and identify dissatisfiers and opportunities to improve.
