Job summary

KMRF is seeking a proactive Dealer Onboarding & Sales Support Coordinator to lead end-to-end onboarding of new dealer partners and support the administrative and coordination functions behind the dealership KMRF sales experience. This role is a key part of our Originations team and ensures a smooth, professional onboarding from contact through funding readiness.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in dealer onboarding or project coordination (powersports or auto finance a plus) and strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field is required.
• 1–2 years of dealer onboarding, project management, or coordination experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Experience with compliance and documentation standards is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage full dealer onboarding process from application intake to system setup and funding readiness.
• Own training scheduling, enrollment tracking, logistics, and communications with the Sales Training & Development Specialist.
• Produce training operational reports and support dealer-facing materials and promotions.
• Coordinate travel, expenses, and onboarding documentation across departments.
• Serve as main contact for onboarding inquiries and ensure readiness for funding.
