DEVELON, headquartered in Suwanee, GA, seeks an early-career professional to strengthen our North American dealer network. You will perform market analysis, prospect research, and disciplined program coordination, owning reporting, research, and follow-up responsibilities.

Based in Suwanee, you will report to the Senior Dealer Development Strategy Manager, delivering KPI reports, market insights, and onboarding coordination for new dealers across our network.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, economics, or related field.
• 1–3 years in business analysis, sales support, project coordination, or market research.
• Strong Excel skills; familiarity with Power BI a plus.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple assignments.
• Must reside in the Atlanta metro area with commute to Suwanee HQ.

Mansioni

• Analyze dealer sales and market data; produce recurring reports and KPI scorecards.
• Maintain dealer network data; prepare market summaries and highlight gaps.
• Check data for accuracy; resolve discrepancies with internal teams.
• Research potential dealers; compile profiles with locations, offerings, capabilities.
• Maintain recruitment pipeline, contact records, and meeting schedules.
• Prepare background materials for recruitment meetings and requests.
• Coordinate onboarding checklists after dealer approval and contracting.
• Track onboarding milestones (30/60/90 days) and escalate issues as needed.
• Maintain action trackers and prepare meeting materials and follow‑ups.
