Caesars Entertainment is seeking candidates for a training program to become a table game dealer at our California property. The role focuses on mastering Blackjack and related games while delivering excellent guest service.
During the training, you will work Monday through Friday evenings, with the goal of transitioning to a full dealer position upon successful completion. A Missouri Gaming License is referenced as a requirement, with the intent to obtain proper state licensing as needed.
Position Summary:
Training for responsible control of the table game and ensuring that guests have a favorable gaming experience. Promote great customer service culture through actions and positive attitude. Upon successful completion of initial required training this position will transition to dealer.
Class will be November 30th through December 18th, Five days a week Monday though Friday, from 6pm to Midnight
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
This position is training, all duties are for the dealer position that will commence following the successful completion of training as determined by the assigned trainer. Responsible for guest relations by providing superior customer service and having the durability to deal with challenging guests in a professional and positive manner.
Responsible for analyzing customer play for cheating scams and suspicious variations in play.
Accurately and promptly pay winning bets or collect losing bets as adhered by the policies and procedures of a specific game.
Ensure the safety and security of guests and employees.
Responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, friendly and fun environment for guests and employees.
Responsible for meeting departmental goals.
Act in ways that will surprise and delight our guests. Leave guests with positive feelings about our property and establish/maintain relationships with them. Approach each situation with a “yes we can” attitude, every guest every time.
Other duties as assigned.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
High School degree or GED equivalent preferred.
Able to obtain a Missouri Gaming License.
