Century Casinos Inc in Missouri is seeking a professional dealer to deliver superior guest service at casino tables. You will deal blackjack, roulette, baccarat and craps, monitor game pace and ensure accurate, confidential gaming operations.
The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent, strong math skills, and completion of a dealing school. You must be able to obtain a Missouri Gaming License and work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays.
The team member in this position is responsible for providing superior service to both internal and external guests. The Dealer is also required to practice the customer courtesy skills of to ensure our guests are afforded a remarkable experience.

5. Communicate any pertinent information to the pit manager, floor supervisor, or other necessary team members regarding player information, title 31 information, suspicious activity, possible intoxicated guests, or any other information that is important to the operation of the casino.
6. Maintains constant awareness of activities of assigned table in order to observe and act appropriately in the event of any suspicious or irregular activity.
7. Controls and directs game in progress by dealing according to department procedures and maintaining game protection.
8. Must be able to deal and meet department game pace requirements.
9. Utilizes and is receptive to on-the-job training for receiving adequate guidance, resources and information for adequate job performance.
10. Handle routine customer complaints and incidents, and exhibit the appropriate discretion to define situations requiring the attention of supervisory personnel. Seek to resolve all situations in a manner that maintains positive guest relationships.
11. Must be able to work a flexible schedule as required by business operations, including nights, weekends and holidays; shifts may change based on business needs.
