Qualifications

• Background in Sales, Automotive, or Phone sales preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in a sales role with proven success.
• High School Diploma required; College degree preferred (or equivalent experience).
• Strong communication and presentation skills to influence decision-makers.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, consultative sales environment.
• Knowledge of CRM tools and ability to adapt to new tech.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with Strategic Franchise Dealerships to drive loan production and revenue growth.
• Provide expert guidance via phone, email, and video meetings to train dealers on current programs and fast funding requirements.
• Collaborate with dealer partners to provide solutions, rehash, and restructure vehicle loans for optimal approvals.
• Review and identify opportunities for the dealership to find value in Westlake Financial.
