Lendbuzz is seeking a Floorplan Sales Associate in the United States to grow our dealer network through floorplan financing solutions. You will educate, prospect, and support dealership partners, acting as a trusted advisor to identify financing needs and provide tailored solutions.

You will analyze dealer performance, drive utilization of existing credit lines, and collaborate with credit, risk, and funding teams to ensure smooth onboarding and effective account management.

Qualifikationen

• 1–2 years in floorplan finance or automotive finance sales.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals in competitive markets.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Adapt sales strategies to economic or political shifts.
• Self-starter with passion for sales and customer success.

• Manage and grow a portfolio of automotive dealers using floorplan financing solutions.
• Act as trusted advisor to dealers, identifying financing needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Analyze dealer performance and usage trends to recommend credit increases or product enhancements.
• Drive utilization of existing credit lines and identify upsell opportunities to maximize revenue.
• Overcome objections and provide consultative support to dealers facing market challenges.
• Conduct in-person dealer visits and virtual check-ins to maintain relationships.
• Collaborate with credit, risk, and funding teams to ensure smooth onboarding and management.
• Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory impacts affecting dealer operations.
