Job summary

Lendbuzz in Texas is seeking a Floorplan Sales Associate to grow our dealer network and support floorplan operations. You will leverage strong interpersonal skills to establish new dealership relationships and educate partners on our floorplan financing solutions.

You will collaborate with credit, risk, and funding teams, meet sales goals, and travel for dealer visits to maintain high-level service and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Must have strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals in competitive markets.
• Self-starter with passion for sales and customer success.
• Experience with CRM tools and MS Office suite is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of independent and franchise automotive dealers using floorplan financing solutions.
• Act as trusted advisor to dealers, identifying financing needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Analyze dealer performance and usage trends to recommend credit increases, restructuring, or product enhancements.
• Drive utilization of existing credit lines and identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities to maximize revenue.
• Overcome objections and provide consultative support to dealers facing market challenges.
• Conduct in-person dealer visits and virtual check-ins to maintain strong relationships.
• Collaborate with credit, risk, and funding teams to ensure smooth dealer onboarding and account management.
• Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory impacts that affect dealer operations.
