Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in floorplan finance or automotive financing.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals in a competitive market.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to adapt sales strategies to economic or political challenges.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of independent and franchise automotive dealers using floorplan financing solutions.
• Act as a trusted advisor to dealers, identifying financing needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Analyze dealer performance and usage trends to recommend credit increases, restructuring, or product enhancements.
• Drive utilization of existing credit lines and identify upsell opportunities to maximize revenue.
• Overcome objections and provide consultative support to dealers facing market challenges.
• Conduct in-person dealer visits and virtual check-ins to maintain strong relationships.
• Collaborate with credit, risk, and funding teams to ensure smooth dealer onboarding and account management.
• Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes affecting dealer operations.
