Job summary

Lendbuzz is seeking an ambitious Internal Account Manager to drive growth across our automotive floorplan business and serve as a trusted partner to our dealership network. You will work desk-based, prospect, onboard, and nurture relationships with new auto dealerships while collaborating with floorplan operations to educate partners and monitor credit utilization.

Key responsibilities include reconciling inventory, monitoring account standings, and supporting day-to-day dealership needs.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years in account management, customer service, collections, or operations in auto finance a plus.
• Professional, clear and assertive phone and written communication.
• Strong organization and time-management to juggle multiple priorities.
• Proven risk-aware decision making and problem solving.
• Multilingual candidates are a plus, especially Portuguese/Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Audit reconciliation and asset tracking for floorplan inventory.
• Monitor dealer account standings and collect payments on time; primary contact for partners.
• Assess portfolio risk and make grounded operational decisions.
