The role emphasizes end-to-end dealer ERP processes and collaboration with dealers, product teams, and implementation partners. You will capture and document requirements for Dynamics 365, lead discovery workshops, validate gap solutions, and ensure sign-off on Functional Design Documents, driving continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or certification in Finance or Accounting.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar ERP platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end dealer ERP processes per the Business Process Catalog.
• Define detailed business processes across multiple levels.
• Document dealer requirements based on defined processes.
