Job summary

Diversified Services Network, Inc. is seeking a full-time Business Process Analyst to own dealer ERP processes and translate dealer needs into validated requirements for Microsoft Dynamics 365. The role collaborates with North American dealers, product teams, and implementation partners to drive discovery and solution design.

Hybrid work is offered with on-site workshops as needed; prior experience with ERP programs and process modeling is essential for success in this fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, or certification in Finance or Accounting.
• AND 2–4 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar ERP platforms.
• Proficiency with business process modeling tools (e.g., Mavim).

Responsibilities

• Owns end-to-end business processes as defined by the Business Process Catalog (BPC).
• Defines detailed business processes across Levels 4–6.
• Works with dealers to generate and document requirements.
• Partners with product teams to assess fit/gap against Dynamics 365 capabilities.
• Leads dealer discovery workshops and delivers solution demos.
• Secures dealer sign-off on Functional Design Documents (FDDs).
• Maintains the Mavim repository with process flows and playbooks.
• Coaches dealers on Dynamics 365 and dealer ERP platform suite.
• Conducts business process modeling, analysis, and continuous improvement.
