Diversified Services Network, Inc. (DSN) is seeking a full-time Business Process Analyst (Dealer ERP / Dynamics 365) to join our team in Phoenix, AZ, Dallas, TX, Chicago, IL, or Peoria, IL.

The hybrid model supports on-site collaboration three days per week with North American dealers and product teams. You will own end-to-end dealer ERP processes, translate needs into Dynamics 365 requirements, lead workshops, document designs, and secure sign-off on Functional Design Documents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or certification in Finance or Accounting.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Owns end-to-end business processes for dealer ERP per the BPC.
• Defines detailed processes across Levels 4–6, including L5 flows.
• Documents dealer requirements from defined processes.
• Assesses fit/gap against Dynamics 365 and validates with dealers.
• Leads dealer discovery workshops and solution demos.
• Gathers dealer sign-off on Functional Design Documents.
• Maintains the Mavim repository and process playbooks.
• Coaches dealers on Dynamics 365 and dealer ERP platform suite.
• Performs business process modeling, analysis, and continuous improvement.

Position Overview

This role owns the end-to-end business processes for the dealer ERP program, translating dealer needs into validated, documented requirements against Microsoft Dynamics 365 capabilities. The Business Process Analyst works closely with North American dealers, product teams, business stakeholders, and implementation partners to lead discovery workshops, refine requirements, and support solution design decisions. Success in this role depends on real-time engagement during U.S. business hours, frequent direct access to dealer subject matter experts, and the ability to participate in on-site workshops and process validation sessions as needed, given the complexity of dealer operations and the fast-moving, iterative nature of requirements development.

Key Contributions & Responsibilities

• Owns the end-to-end (E2E) business processes as defined by the Business Process Catalog (BPC)
• Defines detailed business processes across Levels 4–6, including process flows down to the L5 level
• Works with dealers to generate and document requirements based on defined business processes
• Partners with product teams to determine fit/gap against Dynamics 365 capabilities, and validates gap solutions with dealers
• Leads dealer discovery workshops, preparing materials and questions, and delivers solution demos to support dealer education and discovery
• Secures dealer sign-off on Functional Design Documents (FDDs)
• Sources insights from the Dealer Advisory Board (DAB)
• Maintains the Mavim repository, including process flows, documentation, and operational playbooks
• Coaches dealers on Dynamics 365 and the dealer ERP platform suite
• Conducts business process modeling, analysis, and continuous improvement

Team Structure & Work Environment

• Hybrid work model: 3 days per week onsite, based out of your choice of our Phoenix, AZ, Dallas, TX, Chicago, IL or Peoria, IL office
• Extensive, day-to-day collaboration with North American dealers, product teams, business stakeholders, and implementation partners
• Serves as the primary interface between dealers and the product organization, requiring real-time engagement during U.S. business hours and immediate responsiveness
• Participates in on-site workshops and process validation sessions as needed

Education & Experience Required

• Bachelor's degree, or certification in Finance or Accounting
• AND 2–4 years of relevant experience

Required Technical Skills

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar ERP platforms
• Experience working with global stakeholders and customers
• Proficiency with business process modeling tools (e.g., Mavim)
