Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's degree.
• Internships target students in the winter/spring or summer prior to graduation.
• Entry-level position commonly for students in later years of study.

Responsibilities

• Support teams in delivering deal value services focusing on post-merger integration.
• Analyze business processes to identify optimization opportunities and value creation.
• Assist in strategies for operational improvement and synergy analysis during M&A.
• Engage with client management to foster relationships and enable integration.
• Contribute to carve-out planning and separation efforts in divestitures.
• Collaborate with advisory consultants for due diligence and strategic advice.
• Learn PwC methodologies by observing experienced professionals.
