• Engaging in client management activities to foster relationships and facilitate successful integration outcomes.
• Contributing to carve-out planning and operational separation in divestiture projects.
• Collaborating with advisory consultants on strategic advice and due-diligence support for transactions.
• Observing and learning from professionals to gain PwC practices exposure and develop skills.
