Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's degree.
• Client service interns typically join during winter/spring or summer prior to graduation.

Responsibilities

• Support teams in delivering deal advisory services, focusing on mergers, acquisitions and divestitures
• Participate in post-merger integration projects to capture synergies and optimize operations
• Assist in developing strategic advice and due diligence processes for informed client decisions
• Engage in business process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and value realization
• Conduct research to support client engagements and project goals
• Observe and learn from PwC professionals to gain exposure to PwC's practices
• Contribute to carve-out planning and operational separation activities during engagements
• Apply a learning mindset to develop personal skills and understanding of the business environment
