Job summary

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or completed bachelor’s degree.
• Interns are entry-level and typically join during winter/spring or summer before graduation.

Responsibilities

• Support teams in delivering deal value services with focus on post-merger integration.
• Analyze business processes to identify optimization opportunities and value creation.
• Assist in operational improvement and synergy analysis during mergers & acquisitions.
• Engage in client management to foster relationships and enable successful integrations.
• Contribute to carve-out planning and operational separation in divestitures.
• Collaborate with advisory consultants to provide strategic advice and due diligence support.
