• Supporting teams in delivering comprehensive deal value services, focusing on post-merger integration and value realization.
• Participating in the analysis of business processes to identify opportunities for optimization and value creation.
• Assisting in the development of strategies for operational improvement and synergy analysis during mergers and acquisitions.
• Engaging in client management activities to foster strong relationships and facilitate successful integration outcomes.
• Contributing to carve-out planning and operational separation efforts in divestiture projects.
