Job summary

PwC's Advisory practice is seeking a DDV Intern to support post-merger integration and value realization projects. You will assist teams, perform basic analyses, and contribute to operations optimization while learning PwC's methods in a collaborative environment.

As an intern, you will gain exposure to deal strategy, diligence, execution, and value creation across transactions, observe seasoned professionals, and develop skills in business administration and change management.

Qualifications

• Experience in client management and stakeholder engagement is preferred.
• Understanding of deal value creation and synergy analysis is desirable.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical mindset for post-merger integration.

Responsibilities

• Supporting teams in delivering comprehensive deal value services, focusing on post-merger integration and value realization
• Participating in the analysis of business processes to identify opportunities for optimization and value creation
• Assisting in the development of strategies for operational improvement and synergy analysis during mergers and acquisitions
• Engaging in client management activities to foster strong relationships and facilitate successful integration outcomes
• Contributing to carve-out planning and operational separation efforts in divestiture projects
• Collaborating with advisory consultants to provide strategic advice and due diligence support for business transactions
• Observing and learning from experienced professionals to gain exposure to PwC's practices and methodologies
• Applying a learning mindset to develop skills in business administration and change management
