Job summary

PwC is seeking a Delivering Deal Value Intern to contribute to post-merger integration and value realization projects within our Advisory practice. You will support teams, perform basic research, and learn PwC methodologies while gaining exposure to the full transaction lifecycle.

You will help identify optimization opportunities, assist in synergy analysis, and participate in client management activities as you develop professional skills in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

Must be pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's degree.
Internship is entry-level; typical timing around winter/spring or summer before graduation.

Responsibilities

Support teams delivering deal value services focusing on post-merger integration.
Analyze business processes to identify optimization opportunities.
Develop strategies for operational improvement and synergy analysis during MA&A.
Engage in client management activities to foster relationships.
Assist in carve-out planning and operational separation in divestitures.
Collaborate with consultants to provide due diligence support.
Observe and learn PwC practices and methodologies.
Apply a learning mindset to develop business administration skills.
