Qualifications

• Strong leadership and client-management capabilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute mergers and acquisition plans to maximize synergies and financial benefits.
• Provide operationally focused support across the transaction life cycle (due diligence, carve-out, integration).
• Lead and motivate diverse teams and cultivate long-term client relationships.
