Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree as stated above with required experience.
• Experience in technology, finance, operations or supply chain integration/divestiture.
• Consulting experience with client engagements and budgets.
• Experience in IT pre/post-deal due diligence and multi-functional IT disciplines.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% (national/international).

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Strategy and Transaction work focused on technology deals.
• Assess and integrate IT risks, strategies, and controls across transactions.
• Support due diligence, carve-outs, integration, and value realization.
• Develop client relationships and oversee project budgets and teams.
• Deliver high-quality client services and maintain global network.
